• Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Condition of Returned Items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and saleable condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or if the product box is missing or damaged by the customer.

• Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (receipt or order details) is required for all returns and refunds.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee (if any).
